Cancellations Made Up to 4 Weeks Before the Event
A full refund will be provided, minus any applicable booking charges.
Cancellations Made Within 4 Weeks of the Event
No refunds will be provided unless there are specific extenuating circumstances
If you have cancelled your booking within 4 weeks of the event and would still like to receive a refund for your booking, please contact the event administrator at admin@bapio.org
Additional Notes:
Booking charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
The event organiser reserves the right to amend this policy if necessary.
