Browse through our site or search for a course of your choice. Click on the event and register by clicking on 'BOOK NOW' button. You will be shown a simple registration form with your details automatically filled in (if you have already registered a course), on completion of which you will be taken to the payment options to complete your booking.
We use Stripe(for card payments) and PayPal as our Payment Gateway Provider. Both Stripe and PayPal are popular, user friendly and trusted payment services and provide instant payments and are available in many countries. Both Stripe and Paypal accept a variety of credit and debit cards.
Online payments normally incur a payment charge. This will vary depending on the payment gateway and the course / event that you are booking. PayPal Charges are usually around 3.8% and Card payments are around 3%. This will be in addition to GBP 1 of administration charge. Some course organisers elect to bear these charges themselves in which case you would not pay any fees.
Notice of cancellation should be done via your account dashboard which has a link for cancellation. The terms and conditions for cancellation for any individual course are determined by the course organiser. It may incur on a minimum, transaction and administrative charges and on a maximum the whole course fee depending on when the cancellation notice is given as judged by the organiser. Once the notice for cancellation is done via the account dashboard, an email is sent to the organiser who will process your request. The cancellation will be processed within 10 working days and you will be emailed of the amount refunded. All refunds are made at the discretion of the course organiser and are subject to the deduction of the transaction and administration fee(normally GBP 10).
