Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations Made Up to 4 Weeks Before the Event
o A full refund will be provided, minus any applicable booking charges.
2. Cancellations Made Within 4 Weeks of the Event
o No refunds will be provided unless there are specific extenuating circumstances
o If you have cancelled your booking within 4 weeks of the event and would still like to receive a refund for your booking, please contact the event administrator at admin@bapio.co.uk
Additional Notes:
• Booking charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• The event organiser reserves the right to amend this policy if necessary.
