Refunds are allowed up to two weeks prior to the meeting. Full refund (after deducting administrative charge) if cancelled more than six weeks prior to the meeting. 50% refund if cancelled between 6 and 2 weeks prior to the meeting. No refund if cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the meeting.
