We are delighted to introduce the inaugural leadership development workshop, specifically designed to support trainees working within the Generic Professional Capabilities Hub.
These two interactive workshops, have been devised in partnership with the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM). They will help support your personal and professional management and leadership development, in clinical work and projects, as well as connecting, collaborating and networking with other Anaesthetic trainees.
Who is this for? This programme is best suited to trainees/fellows taking on leadership roles in the workplace, be it as a GPC Hub trainee lead, lead for a project, or in other positions of leadership out-with the GPC Hub structure. It is open to trainees/fellows of all seniorities. There will be a maximum of 16 trainees in the group – so there will be great learning opportunities together.
