THE 26TH MEETING of the London Pain Forum will take place at the historic Castle Maurick, near Eindhoven, The Netherlands on the evening of Saturday, 1st April 2023, 18.00-23.30hrs. Join us for expert lectures, dinner and hot topic after dinner discussions and debates in perfect surroundings. Guest speakers Prof Jean-Pierre van Buyten will be speaking about "Neurostimulation: More than a Treatment for PSPS (Failed Back/Neck Surgery Syndrome)" and Dr Olav Rohof will speak about "How PRF diminishes Pain - the Legacy of Prof Menno Sluijter." Other faculty joining from London include Dr Teodor Goroszeniuk, President, London Pain Forum and Dr Andrzej Krol, Council Member, London Pain Forum, St George's University Hospital. Coach transfers are being arranged for the registered participants between Eindhoven and Castle Maurick.
You may also consider to join the International Ultrasound in Pain Medicine Symposium in Eindhoven on 31 March - 1 April 2023. Expert UK and Dutch faculty will be teaching latest ultrasound guided techniques for interventional pain procedures. Eindhoven is 25min drive from Castle Maurick in Vught. ABOUT CASTLE MAURICK
The history of Maurick Castle dates to the 13th century.
In 1629 the castle was occupied by Frederick Henry, Prince of Orange.
Frederick Henry wanted to have the castle as his headquarters for his siege of 's-Hertogenbosch.
