We are very happy to announce the first Operative Paediatric Neurosurgery - Cadaveric Course in 2025 taking place on Wednesday 8th October in partnership with B. Braun Aesculap Power Systems.
This cadaveric course held at Addenbrooke's Hospital, is designed to teach endoscopic and open anterior and posterior approaches used in paediatric neurosurgery in the microsurgical cadaveric lab. In addition, the course covers basic shuntology for paediatric hydrocephalus.
The aim of the course is to familiarise neurosurgical trainees, of any level, with common operative approaches in paediatric neurosurgery using fresh frozen cadaveric tissue to aid surgical anatomical understanding. Gain 6.5 CPD points for The Royal College of Surgeons of England.
