The East Anglian Association of Anaesthetists Core Topics and Harold Youngman Prize Meeting will take place on Thursday 13th and Friday 14th November 2025. The meeting will take place at The Millennium Grandstand, Rowley Mile Racecourse, Newmarket, Suffolk. CB8 0TF. We hope that the meeting will prove attractive to all grades of anaesthetist. Thursday is reserved for lectures covering aspects of the Royal College of Anaesthetists Core Topics Matrix. On Friday, the morning session is assigned to trainee prize presentations. This provides an opportunity for trainees within the Eastern region to present research, audit, reviews and interesting cases to a friendly audience. In addition there will be an opportunity for trainee poster presentations. Prizes will be awarded to both the best oral and the best poster presentations. The afternoon session will feature further invited speakers covering Core Topics. There will also be a lunchtime workshop (limited number of places) on Friday.
There will be a trade exhibition on both days.
