Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the course date are eligible for a full refund, minus administrative plus ARiRA online access fee. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the course date will receive a 50% refund. We strive to accommodate changes, but these policies ensure the smooth organisation of our events while maintaining fairness for all participants. Access to ARiRA learning platform would continue for 1 year.
