Cancellation by Delegate:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 15–30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
Substitutions:
Delegates unable to attend may send a substitute at any time. Please notify the organisers in writing with the new delegate’s details.
Event Postponement or Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that the conference is postponed or cancelled, registered delegates will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to the rescheduled date.
The organisers are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred due to cancellation or postponement.
