More than 8 weeks before the course: Full refund. Less than 8 weeks but more than 6 weeks before the course: A 25% cancellation fee will apply (75% refund). Less than 6 weeks but more than 2 weeks before the course: A 50% cancellation fee will apply (50% refund). Within 2 weeks of the course date: No refund will be issued. BOOKCPD admin charges will be deductible for all refunds All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
