Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
Refund eligibility is based on the cancellation timeline.
Cancellations after the deadline are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellation by Organizers: If Global MedKonnect cancels the event entirely, registered participants will receive a full refund, minus any non-recoverable transaction fees.
Travel and Accommodation Expenses: Global MedKonnect is not responsible for covering participants' travel, visa, or accommodation expenses in case of event cancellation or rescheduling. Attendees are advised to book refundable travel and accommodation options.
