Registration settings are shown on course page

You can customise your registration settings after the course creation. 

Click 'Registration settings' tab in the course page.

The registration settings page shows a number of options which you can customise. 

Enable Online Registration - Select 'Enabled' only then the course is available for online registration.  This can be temporarily disabled at anytime.

Number of Places - Enter maximum number of places for this course.

Schedule Registration - You can set the date when registration starts and registration ends. 

Processing Fee option  - Use of online payment option entails payment of card processing fee. You may choose to absorb this fee or decide to pass this on to your delegate.

Select Payment options - By default the Paypal (Credit Card) payment gateway is enabled for all courses/events. In addition if you would like to enable cheque payments or bank transfers please select these.

Limit low availability - When the number of available places reaches this number then your course page will show your course as having "Limited Places" or "Nearly Full".

Course Categories

Define atleast one category for your course. 

Maximum no of places - If you want to limit the maximum number of places in a category please enter a value. This is useful if you have a category which is free or heavily discounted. If you do not want to restrict the places in a category enter a value equal to the number of places in your course.

Valid from & Valid till - This category is shown for booking in the date range entered. For example if your category name is 'Doctors' you can create an EarlyBird Category(Earlybird Doctors) and set it to expire on a certain date and start the normal category on the next date.

Category type - Select whether this category belongs to base or addon. A base category is the main type which the delegate will select. The addon type for optional items for example if you offer additional workshops or even merchandise like books. Delegates can choose more than one in the addons for each booking.

Cancellation and Payment details

Cancellation Policy - Please enter your cancellation policy. Please state here how much refund will be issued and time period. We will use theses details to handle card payment cancellations for you.

Payment Details - Please enter your payment details for cheque payment and Bank transfers. Include details of 1. "Cheque Payable To" 2. Address where cheques should be sent. 3. Bank details including Name, Branch, Sort code, Account Number These values will not be displayed on the course page but sent by email to delegates.

Special Instructions - Any instructions to be given to the delegates at the time of booking can be added here.

Eg. Please provide proof of training if you have selected trainee or nursing option.

Discount

You can define your discount codes. Eg. EARLYBIRD = 10%, Makeup your own discount codes.

Use 'click here' link to go to discount page from here or click 'Add Discount codes' from Dashboard.

Add Discount

You can add discount code and onetime discount codes here. It can be alphanumeric. All discount codes will be converted into uppercase. Spaces are not allowed. 

Normal discount - Can you used by more than one person. Remains valid till the date you specify or until you remove.

One time discount - Expires on first use. (They are like voucher codes)


Click 'Add discount' button . Add discount code, discount value, Valid from and Valid till in the form.

Valid from and valid till - Discount code is valid only in the date range entered.

Discount codes

If a discount code has been used even once it will be un-editable. However you can remove them and add a different one. Note: These discount codes can be used multiple times(but once per booking) until you disable them.

One Time Discount Codes

You can add onetime discount codes here. Unlike normal discount codes,  these are like voucher codes and will expire as soon as somebody uses them. You can create and email them privately from this page.

Click 'Add one time discount code ' button . Onetime discount code is prefilled and it is not editable. Add discount value and click 'save'. This code gets added in the below table. Use 'Edit' to make changes to the discount value. Click 'Email' to send one time discount to the users.

Order Id gets updated  for the used onetime discount code. Edit/Delete is also disabled.
