Jane is passionate about supporting and empowering staff, fostering understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds, and recognising their impact on patient care.
Recognised nationally for her contributions to inclusion and leadership, Jane was shortlisted for the National BAME Awards and is the recipient of the NHS England MIDAS Award 2022.
