Jane Sanjeevi

Jane Sanjeevi is an Organisational Development & Inclusion Consultant at University Hospitals of Northamptonshire and Executive Lead for the East Midlands British Indian Nurses Association (BINA) UK. A Registered Nurse with extensive experience in leadership, inclusion, and workforce development, Jane is passionate about empowering staff, advancing equality, and improving organisational culture across the NHS. Jane leads and delivers leadership and professional development programmes. She also serves as UHN REACH Network Co-Chair, Core20PLUS5 Ambassador for Health Inequalities, RCN Cultural Ambassador, and Professional Nurse Advocate, promoting inclusion, equity, and staff empowerment across healthcare. She extends her expertise to the community through her role as School Governor with a focus on EDI. Jane is passionate about supporting and empowering staff, fostering understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds, and recognising their impact on patient care. Recognised nationally for her contributions to inclusion and leadership, Jane was shortlisted for the National BAME Awards and is the recipient of the NHS England MIDAS Award 2022. She is committed to creating equitable opportunities for staff and patients, ensuring everyone can thrive and reach their full potential. When not working, Jane loves to spend time with her two children, binge-watching Netflix series , and listening to podcasts.
