1 CPD Points - Applied for accreditation
Speaking up is an act of care—not only for our patients, but also for our colleagues, teams and ourselves. This interactive CPD session explores why raising concerns can feel difficult, particularly for internationally educated nurses navigating culture, hierarchy and belonging in the UK healthcare system. Together, we will examine practical strategies for speaking up with confidence, professionalism, and compassion, while protecting our wellbeing and supporting a positive workplace culture.
This session is designed specifically for nurses of Indian origin working in the UK and will provide a safe space for reflection, discussion and learning.
