That is the annual conference of the South Thames Acute Pain Group (STAPG) for acute or in-patient pain teams.
All healthcare professionals with an interest in acute pain or acute on chronic pain are invited to attend.
It is a virtual event from 09:00 - 16:00 via Zoom. 5 CPD points have been awarded by The Royal College of Anaesthetists in the UK.
The included 7 topics are: Acute and chronic pain in intensive care patients, Analgesia for knee replacements, Role of the physiotherapist, Powerful pain education, Lidocaine-infusions, Spinals and analgesia in day surgery, Prevention of persistent post-operative pain. Sponsors will be present to present and discuss their products in breakout rooms.
There will be time for discussions after each session.
