NOACC - NOvice Anaesthetic Course at Croydon

This anaesthetic course is intended for the anaesthetic residents and non-residents intending to achieve their Initial Assessment of Competencies (IAC) certificate. The programme will cover various topics to help understand the basic principles of anaesthesia. This is a 5 days face to face teaching. Day 1-4 involves lectures, group discussions and hands on practical procedures. Day 5 is a full day of simulation.

Location: Simulation Centre, 2nd floor Pink Zone, Woodcroft Wing, London Road, Croydon, CR7 7YE

Course fees: £200 per candidate for the whole course. This includes refreshments and lunch. Residents in training will be able to claim this under their study budget codes ANAES0028 (anaesthetics), ­­ANAES0025 (ITU) & EM0008 (ED)

Eligibility: All anaesthetic / ACCS / complimentary speciality trainees or non-trainees working towards achieving their IAC.
