Point of Care Ultrasound experience is an essential skill for all doctors and ANPs working in the NHS. This course teaches you the basic theory of USS and provides hands on experience so that you will be confident to perform procedures like peripheral IV access, Ascitic drains and Chest drains confidently. The Chest drain and Ascitic drain training is provided by specialists doing these procedures on a daily basis. To provide hands on experience we have ensured that you will have enough USS machines and mannequins to practice skills.
