A one-day comprehensive course on essential soft skills for medical and dental professionals covering a range of topics including reflection, human factors, lifelong learning, communication, ethics, professionalism, conflict resolution, leadership and teamwork. Suitable for Foundation Doctors, Trainees, Specialty & SAS Doctors and Consultants in all specialties. Approved for 6 CPD Hours by Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

The aim of the course is to make medical practitioners possess essential soft skills of lifelong learning, communication, ethics, professionalism, leadership and teamwork to enhance their performance in a complex healthcare environment.

The course is delivered in person by a team of expert faculty. The face-to-face sessions promote interaction and learner engagement. The teaching consists of didactics, video analysis, self-assessment tools, reflective questionnaires, case studies and interactive discussions. At the end of the course, participants will complete their assessment and evaluation to receive their CPD Certificate.

The course is suitable for graduates, trainees, specialty & SAS doctors and consultants in medicine and dentistry.
