• An intensive 5-day online Final FRCA Written revision course designed for anaesthetic trainees preparing for the SBA and CRQ components of the Final FRCA examination.
• This course is built around active exam preparation, not passive revision. The aim is to help candidates improve how they approach questions, structure answers, prioritise information, avoid common pitfalls and perform under timed examination conditions.
• Day 1 provides expert-led teaching on high-yield and frequently tested Final FRCA topics, with a focus on difficult areas, recent hot topics, examination technique, SBA strategy, CRQ structure and common candidate errors.
• Days 2–5 are focused on intensive SBA and CRQ practice in small groups. Candidates will work collaboratively to analyse questions, discuss reasoning, identify key clinical priorities, construct CRQ answers and develop the judgement required for the Final FRCA Written examination.
• Each practice day includes small-group discussion, peer-to-peer learning and examination-style problem solving. A timed full mock SBA / CRQ paper will be completed from 15:00 each day, followed by release of answers and explanations for independent evening review.
• The course is designed to help candidates move beyond simply knowing facts, towards answering with clarity, structure, prioritisation and safe clinical judgement under exam pressure.
