The Challenging Airway Course enters its 24th year in 2026. Consultant Anaesthetists, Specialty Doctors and Trainees at CT3+ are welcome to apply to the Winter course.
The course provides a mixture of updated lectures from expert NI consultants in the field of airway management as well as small group workstations. The course will provide strategies for consultants providing cover for emergency anaesthetics, along with airway competencies for RCoA stage 2 and 3 trainees. The course is accredited by the RCoA for 5 external CPD points.
