The BEOFAA Advanced Foot & Ankle Cadaveric Surgical Skills Course 2027 will take place on 1–2 July 2027 at the Postgraduate Medical Education Centre, Nottingham City Hospital, Nottingham, NG5 1PB, UK.
This intensive two-day course is designed primarily for BEOFAA Fellows, providing an opportunity to consolidate and refine the knowledge and surgical skills acquired through the BEOFAA online educational programme and translate them into hands-on operative practice.
The programme combines focused faculty-led teaching with extensive cadaveric practical sessions covering contemporary open and minimally invasive Foot & Ankle surgical techniques. Participants will work in small groups alongside international BEOFAA faculty and Fellows, with emphasis on surgical anatomy, operative planning, step-by-step techniques, technical pearls and complication avoidance.
To maximise hands-on cadaveric experience and faculty interaction, participation is strictly limited to 30 delegates. Priority will be given to current BEOFAA Fellows, with a limited number of places available to prospective BEOFAA Fellows.
The course will provide approximately 16 hours of structured educational learning over two days. Formal CPD accreditation has not been applied for.
