Booking an event means you have agreed to ESRAC’s cancellation policy.
Where the registrant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person then the following refund arrangements apply:
Period of Notice
Up to 2 months – Full refund
Up to 2 weeks – 50% refund
Less than 2 weeks – No refund
All refunds will be minus 10% administration costs
All cancellations must be made in writing (email) to ESRAC

ESRAC reserves the right to cancel a course or event, though we make every effort to ensure this does not occur. – In the event of a course being cancelled by ESRAC, alternative dates will be proposed, or a full refund of monies paid will be made to the customer. – ESRAC takes no responsibility for any incidental, consequential special or indirect losses as a consequence of exceptional cancellations.
