Big Upgrades Are Coming to BookCPD This July!

We are thrilled to announce that a newly upgraded BookCPD platform is just around the corner, delivering a faster, smarter, and more intuitive experience for organisers. The official migration is tentatively scheduled for the first week of July. We’ll be sharing the exact date and time as we get closer to launch, but we wanted to give you a sneak peek at what’s coming!

The new platform retains all the features you currently rely on, while introducing powerful upgrades designed to make CPD course and event management easier, more efficient, and more seamless than ever before.

What’s New? (Built by Popular Demand)

You spoke, we listened! Based on your valuable feedback, we’ve built several highly requested features to give you more control over your events:

• Pass on Transaction Charges: You now have the flexibility to pass PayPal and credit card fees directly to delegates.
• QR-Coded Tickets: Say goodbye to slow check-ins. Tickets will now feature automated QR codes for a lightning-fast entry process on event day.
• Revamped Certificate & Feedback System: We’ve vastly improved the workflow for collecting feedback and issuing CPD certificates effortlessly.
• BookCPD App Launching Soon: Manage your events on the go with our dedicated mobile app, coming very soon.

And this is just the beginning! We will be gradually rolling out a host of additional new features over the coming months to continually enhance your experience.

Ensuring a Smooth Transition
To make the switch, there will be a short migration window lasting only a few hours. To ensure your day-to-day operations aren't affected, we are scheduling this during off-peak, early morning hours to keep disruptions to an absolute minimum.

We know that system changes require a bit of adjustment, which is why our support team will be fully available to answer your questions, provide guidance, and help you navigate the new dashboard.
